About the Fair
The Washington County Fair has been a traditional county fair for all ages to enjoy since 1871. This year will be our 145th fair.

Monday, August 1 – Entry Day
Find out what happens on the 1st of 2 entry days for those participating in the Washington County Fair.

Tuesday, August 2 – Entry Day
This 2nd of 2 entry days offers more opportunities to buy tickets and enter exhibits, and includes a horse show.

Wednesday, August 3 – Opening Day
Plan to visit the county fair on opening day to see great shows and enjoy the carnival.

Thursday, August 4 – Family Fun Day
Bring the whole family out for more shows and a pay-one-price special on carnival rides.

Friday, August 5 – Senior Citizen’s Day
Fairgoers 65 years of age and older can enjoy this day at the fair for only $2 admission until 1 p.m.

Saturday, August 6
The Washington County Fair continues with more exhibitions, 4-H shows, live entertainment, and a demolition derby in the grandstand.

Sunday, August 7 – All American Day
On this last day of the county fair, join us for fun events, including arts and crafts demonstrations and a bike acrobatics show.
