Meeting called to order at 6:36pm by Bryan Wilkinson, confirmed a quorum was present.

 

  1. Consent agenda – discussion/approval: November minutes, February General Manager Report and February General Manager report. Todd motioned to approve, seconded by John.

 

  1. Audit Recap (Rob)

 

  1. Legal Recap – LA Group Legal Update – Attorney client privilege (Bryan, Kori, Todd). Blank motion to approve, seconded by Blank.

 

  1. Status of CI Stewardship Circles + CI’s considered for 2026: Blank motion to approve, seconded by Blank.
  2. Hang-Me-Out Additions (Kori). B dock almost complete, will start on the head end of A.
  3. Marina WiFi (Todd, John, Kori). More marinas are no longer offering Wi-Fi service. Develop a document listing options and pricing for the membership. New Wi-Fi on hold.
  4. Landscaping (Kori).
